Michael Amherst Chief Executive
Michael is a writer living and working in London. He founded the charity Avonbrook Projects Abroad in 2007 and became the Charity's CEO in 2009.
Previously, he worked as a parliamentary researcher for the Liberal Democrats and was a governor of The Abbey School, Tewkesbury. He has also worked for the Prison Reform Trust and has lectured in Creative Writing.
He holds a BA in English from the University of Oxford and an MA in Creative Writing from the University of East Anglia. More details of his written work can be found at www.michaelamherst.com
